Temporary changes in the Pellecome Procedural Kits
Due to a temporary supply chain issue, Pellecome has made a minor, short term change to the Procedural Kits. The primary difference is a change in one of the two needles included in the kit. What was previously a 21-gauge x 2” needle has been replaced with a 22-gauge x 1.5” needle. To ensure adequate numbing, please hub the needle ½ inch beyond the track.
Additionally, the temporary Procedural Kits include a traditional scalpel. Please disregard this scalpel and continue using the Pellecome Precision Scalpel included in the male or female insertion kit.

Pellecome® LLC Terms and Conditions
Product Warranty
Pellecome® LLC guarantees its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period ranging from the date of purchase through the expiration date printed on the packaging. Any damaged or defective product will be replaced at no charge within the time period specified above. If you receive damaged or defective product, please email customer service at info@pellecome.com for instructions on how to return the product.
Return Policy
Damaged or defective Products recalled Products and Products shipped in error by Seller are returnable for a full refund at Seller’s expense subject to the authorization procedure listed below.
Authorization
All returns must be authorized by Pellecome® LLC prior to receipt. Authorizations are valid for 30 days. Return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) may be arranged by emailing Customer Service at info@pellecome.com. This policy applies to all customers unless superseded by a separate written agreement that includes specific return goods terms and conditions.
Return Procedure
After obtaining an RMA, each return must include the following information:
- Customer’s name, address and account number.
- RMA number
- Original PO number or Pellecome® LLC order number.
- Lot number and expiration dates, where applicable.
Please include the information above along with the damaged or defective product to be shipped to the following address within 30 days of receiving an RMA number:
